Showcase #Home Sweet Home

Hello girls,

Today we have a new showcase with 'Home Sweet Home' theme. And together with this showcase, we want to give you another special freebie. This freebie made especially for our beloved DT girl,  Jennifer. She's a very talented lady who make so many beautiful cards and we're very fortunate to have her on our DT. Right now, she's struggling against her cancer, and we want to give her a little bit encouragement with this image. I hope you like this Jen! Love you and how inspiring you are with all your positive attitudes! God bless you and we hope you'll recover soon! And for everyone who have similar battle, our prayers are with you girls, and we hope this digi can make you a little bit happier :)

And now we want to show you the cards our lovely girls made this week. I love the theme, home is always a special place for me. It's a place where our precious family gathers, our shelter, and a place where we can go back to in the end of a tiring day. The images we use are from the house series and Sally's series which you can find in our store here.

Skin Coloring Tutorial by LYNDSEY

Hi girls,
Here is my tutorial for the next colour challenge, I decided to show how I colour my skin hope there's not too many pictures.
I mainly use the colours Coral, Dusky Pink, Blush & Sunkissed Pink for my skin tones
Face - Colour the areas where you would think would be the darkest using Coral, bring the colour in slightly where you think the cheeks would be.

Go over the top of the Coral with Dusky Pink bringing the colour slightly further into the image.

Go over the whole face and blend using Blush.

Add Sunkissed Pink onto the cheeks to add a bit more definition.

Arms - Add coral to the areas you think would be in the shade.

Go over the Coral using Dusky Pink, bringing the colour further into the image.

Blend and fill in gaps with Blush.

Legs - Use Coral in the areas where shade would be.

Go over the Coral with Dusky Pink, bringing the colour further into the image.

Fill in any gaps and blend with Blush.

Hope that helps! If you have any questions just let me know :)
